-Helps develops and implement policies, procedures and tools of the TSB’s risk and -compliance framework; -Helps design and review processes for credit risk and compliance and come up with recommendations; -Compliance needs to prepare report and review for all customers’ transactions of including data/report/information collection, and analyzing on bank’ transactions and maintain records. -Identify any Risk & Compliance control weaknesses for remedial action by management. -Assist to draft the annual risk assessment report to NBC. -Assist in drafting and updating AML & CFT program and monitoring of bank’s -AML/CFT policies and procedures. -Follow up on internal, external and regulatory audit findings and conduct -investigation as and when required. -Identify any event of non-compliance / issues and recommend remedial actions to be taken to rectify the matter in an efficient and practical manner. -Maintain proper records of NBC compliance review and documents.

-University degree in Law, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics. -At Least 2-3 years related working experience in Risk & Compliance with banking business or relevant fields. -Familiar with local rules, guideline, and regulations of banking service. -Analytical and inquisitive mind. -Accountability, accepting absolute responsibility for all tasks assigned. -Highly analytical, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills. -Computer literature; familiar with Microsoft Office. -Good command in English.
