-The FOM will be responsible for: management of the marketing and operations team at each of the stations training the marketing and operations teams to be able to achieve the targets setting up work plan and marketing strategy to achieve monthly connections targets -working closely with both the teams on a daily basis to ensure proper implementation of execution plans conducting market surveys to understand new potential customers monitoring the expansion work and sending reports to the Technical Manager development and management of teams at each of the stations daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the management team implementation of policies and procedures for the departments under you or as requested by management travelling to all stations to have good visibility and control at each of the station

-University Degree in Engineering, Management or related field -Experience working with low skilled staff -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Good motivational and leadership skills
