• Provide daily secretarial and administrative support • Record and update inventory list for office's property by labeling with correct code number • Control related expenditures and prepare expense report • Well manage accounting documents in file • Update all transactions into accounting system • Make reports regarding weekly payment and collection to office • Perform other duties as assigned by the management

• Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting or related fields • Have at least 2 year experience in accounting tasks or related fields • Have honest, hard-working, creative thinking, good personality and communication • Have ability to work individually and as a part of team and work under pressure • Good knowledge of MS.
