-Lead in developing and maintaining budgeting policy and procedure to support the business operations in accordance with the group -Review company budget planed and propose for management approval -Monitor budget planning and rolling forecast processes -Partner with non-finance management team on effective budgeting and financial forecasting -Review the cause of variance between actual and budget spending -To succeed in this Financial Planning and Analysis Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work cooperatively with senior management teams and operational heads.

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration -Five years of experience in corporate budget planning or costing or/and three to five years in managerial capacity in budget planning with high volume of complexity and transactions -Experience in KPI measurement connecting between financial result to operational performance -Experience in project management and system design and implementation -Excellent command of English in both speaking and writing -Relationship management, time management and ability to work independently
