- Develop process mapping, documentation, business process architecture and process owners that create a competitive advantage and maximizing efficiency and quality while minimizing operational risk. - Collaborate with lead cross-functional teams to scope, design and implement simplified and streamlined process improvements. - Leverage knowledge of business processes and business needs to guide team members engaged in executing development initiatives. - Map and model business process flows- both as is and to be states, - Actively and visibly coach and champion change management via engagement of respective departments and clear communication of the benefit of process improvement. - Ensure compliance with company and all departmental policies and procedures.

- Relevant Bachelor Degree, English is a plus - At least 3-5 years experiences in successfully leading process improvement and/or relevant working experiences in related fields. - Strong analytical, negotiation, problem solving, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. - Able to develop solutions to a variety of problems with a wide range of scope and complexity. - Knowledge of process improvement principles, methodologies and tools preferred (Business process improvement). - Proven ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation, cross functional teams and manage organisational change.
