-Meet with customers to obtain information for vehicle/mortgage loan applications and evaluates loan applications and documentation by confirming credit worthiness. -Analyze applicants' financial status, credit rating and collateral property’s evaluations to ensure they meet the KYC. Then, appraisal of customer loan applications and make recommendations of feasibility granting loans. -Review and update credit procedure and policy in hard and soft files. -Prepare legal documents such as mortgaging agreement, loan agreements, guarantee agreement and request letter of blocking collateral property to level authorities to ensure that they are completely and accurate according to credit policy and procedures and service level agreements. -Explaining clearly terms and conditions, fee charges and provisions of loan to applicants before processing legal documentation, agreement‘s thump printing, signatures and notarizations. -Proactively manage risk /exposure for assigned portfolio continuously and ensure recovery of items pledged as security on delinquent loans. -Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. -Aother duties assigned by the Credit Manager.

-Considerable amount of experience in Financial Institution and Lending Arena with an in-depth knowledge of Vehicle and Mortgage Lending. -Proficiency in writing different type of credit reports. -Excellent communication skills and Good skill of problem solving. -Adept in managing multiple tasks with superb organizational abilities. -Proven negotiation and presentation skills. -Dexterous in handling relevant software applications. -Ability to build rapport with customers with different backgrounds. -Obtain knowledge on pricing and the underwriting procedures in the Vehicle Leasing and Mortgage industry. -In-depth knowledge coinciding with the pertinent Financial and Banking Laws of -Kingdom of Cambodia.
