-College degree or above -2+ years of related working experience in procurement/finance/marketing,familiar with -Telecommunication or Construction industry -Easy-going, good at internal&external; communication and negotiation -Ability to quickly understand and learn about basic new skills and knowledge -Strong ability to resist pressure and coordination -Flunecy in English or Chinese, both English and Chinese is preferable
