-Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures, including internal control to ensure compliance with accounting standard and regulatory requirement. -Responsible for the full spectrum of the accounting functions. -Ensure the efficient and timely preparation of financial reports for statutory reporting. -Lead and manage the accounting team. -Provide support budgets and forecasts. -Work closely with corporate finance works when necessary, such as IPO, due diligence for other corporate finance deals, and preliminary report for a certain deal.

-Degree holders in Finance and Accounting. -Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferred in financial service or auditing firm. -Self-motivated, independent and willing to work in fast-facing environment. -Strong communication and interpersonal skill. - Positive and Honest -Fluent command of both Khmer and English languages.
