-Be an active listener to satisfy the customers and information source for the property manager to improve the quality of services -Maintain properly updated and confidential records concerning the owners and the tenants. -Support administratively the Property Manager within the co-owners organization and Management Board Meeting (take minutes meetings, etc..) and within all the aspects of communication to the tenants and owners. -Control and monitor the Office, Reception and House Keeping equipment’s and furniture’s. -Support the Property Manager within the Maintenance Agenda, as an example drafting Memos and/or making phone calls to tenants or owners for preventing maintenance schedule. -Controlling account recieveable. Issue invoice, maintenence part of accounting.

-Bachelor Degree Business Administration -Very good communication skills -Strong customer service skills and Team worker -Very good office software skills -Highly motivated with initiatives, reliable and flexible -Prior Condominium or Hotel experience in same position an asset -English & Khmer speaking and writing fluently.
