Jobs Description

• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts. • Involve in preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plan, and objectives. • Plan and organize promotional presentations and updating calendars. • Develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions. • Prepare, plan, and manage the distribution of the publication materials (leaflets, calendars, banners, etc.) • Cooperate with sales and design team to improve marketing concept. • Participate on implementing promotion plan and exhibition event. • Prepare and manage advertising schedule for advertising agency (magazines, newspapers, billboards, digital billboards, etc.) • Manage online marketing campaign and response to enquiries on social network site (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) • Attend to the performance appraisal which followed by the company’s policy. • Create marketing campaigns and work with corporate partners to maximize brand awareness. • Source advertising opportunities and place ads in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications or on the radio, depending on the campaign

Jobs Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Sales or Marketing or Business Administration. • At least 2-3 year experience in sales and marketing, including business planning and analysis, and brand building. Preferably from Real Estate Sector. • Have keen analytical mind and entrepreneurship skill. Able to focus on core issues and develop sales strategies. • Knowledge and understanding of the industry, competitor movements, and customers’ value chain and business practices to exploit all available business opportunities. • Skill in examining and reengineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and impacts, and/or projections • Excellent communicator who can handle difficult business situations well, and represent the sales organization both inside and outside the organization in a professional and ethical manner. • Ability to demonstrate energy, sense of urgency, focus and follow through that deliver high quality results. • Good command of English, written and spoken; and computer literate.
