- Conduct branding activities such as merchandising display outdoor and indoor - Lead marketing strategy development to attain defined business objective throughout product categories. - Research and analyses the market information including competitor information - Prepare Biz plan - Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries. - Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities. - Brand building activities as well as product development activities with sales activities. - Provide recommendations on how to improve operation, communication. - Supervise marketing activities to promote the project to meet the company targets. - Help the company to achieve short and long term business growth. - Various task assigned by MD - Bachelor Degree in business and other equivalent degree. - At least useful 5 years working experience in similar position. - Experiences in sales and marketing or related field. - Understand brand guideline and brand discipline. - Good working knowledge of multimedia and experience in managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines are essential - Proven ability to think conceptually about projects and to develop and over time creative processes. - Self-motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Asian language will be an added advantage - Good project management skill, presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership and team management skills. - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hard-working, and be able work under the pressure. - Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point.
