• Lead and supervise accounting staff • Ensure secure and smooth running of daily financial operations • Closing of monthly accounts, accounts reconciliation • Responsible for statutory reporting and ensure its compliance with accounting regula-tions in Cambodia. • Review and verify inventory records year end. • Reporting to regional teams

• 5+ years corporate finance experience, with budgeting experience • 5+ years Senior leadership experience in organization • 3-5 years Finance Manager/Director-preferred • MNC experience-preferred • Strong analytical and communication skills • Excellent communicate in English (speaking & writing) • Flexible and able to work under pressure • Ability to lead the team • Good time management and able to meet deadlines • Independent, self-motivated and team player • Rigorous, detail-oriented and precise • Structured & organized • Autonomous & accountable • Ready to travel abroad (1 to 3 trips/year)
