Jobs Description

- Responsible for full control of spar part stock, operational Stock, uniform stock and daily issuing of those stocks to requesters. - Responsible for stock in, count, update and report. - Responsible for report of all kind of daily stock in and out and record with report. - Responsible for coding the stock and making sure all stock are placed in the correct ways and place. - Making sure the stock are pictured. - Assist in any items that returned to stock from the purchase of the Mechanic team. - Assist with Mechanic team when necessary on the request of the parts that is not in stock and required purchase by Mechanic team. - Responsible for monthly report of any parts that is not in stock and purchase by Mechanic team. - Provide full supervision on stock control and arrange within the stock room. Making sure the stock room is clean and tidy and that the stock is well kept and organize. - Making sure the room is properly lock and be always safe. - Must make sure that the stock room is not freely entered by none authorized personnel. - Prepare monthly purchase request for required spare part and tools. - Make sure the area for stock to be kept is label/name. - Other task that maybe assigned by the manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Administration and or Management or others related field is preferred. - Some working experience and knowledge of stock controlling is required - Honest, highly responsible and reliable - Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel). - Ability to manage multi-tasks. - Good communicator and Good team player - Able to work independently or as a team - Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
