- Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.  - Handle on vehicle assembly productivity plan and explain to subordinate in production line - Prepare and update on vehicle assembly tools, procedures and make training to subordinate in production line. - Manage vehicle assembly productivities report and quality control - Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills, and continue to develop additional technical skills, to enable flexibility in work assignments.  - Assist other technicians in performing technical activities. - Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.  - Daily, Weekly or monthly report to superior - Other Task assign by top manager
