Role Purpose: Responsible for the trade marketing activities across the different channels, in line with the overall Trade Marketing and Communication strategy. Integrated to the Marketing Department, the Trade Marketing Executive will coordinate internal communication between Marketing and Sales teams. He/She will manage a development budget under the responsibility of a Brand Manager. Job based in Phnom Penh but some travel within the country amongst our domestic operations are required (<10% of the time) ** Key Responsibilities: - Supporting Brand Manager on the creation, implementation and execution of trade marketing programs such as trade incentive, trade promotion, and gifts to clients… - Responsible of the development of permanent point of sale material answering the key client needs and fitting with the budget allowed. - Liaise with Brand Marketing and Procurement Department to ensure that all temporary Point of Sale materials are produced on time, according the budget allowed and technical requirement. - Liaise with Business Intelligence and Sales Department to ensure that all tools for the salesmen are - Responsible of coordinating the Cycle Plan activities with Marketing/Sales/Supply Chain to make sure that all commercial activities are prepared, approved and implemented on time and executed perfectly.

- The jobholder requires a business degree or equivalent academic qualification. - Ideally a couple of year’s experiences in advertising agency/FMCG company but Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. - Possess Grade A/B in studies record - Challenging and outgoing - Strong in interpersonal skill - Be able to work under pressure - Strong communication, creative and strategic thinking skill - Well spoken and written English and Khmer
