- Check the report of cash flow everyday

- Check report of sales contract and double check on plot number on sales contract

- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes

- Collecting and analyzing data

- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales target

- Manage and solve conflicts with clients  Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account

- Establish budgets with the client and Company

- Check the report of office, commission and site expences

- Check and verify the accounting report by weekly and monthly

- Collect sale report to analyst the profit and lost (P&L) every month

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Knowledges

- Bachelor degree or Master degree of Banking, Finance or related
