- Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to execute trade marketing initiatives to meet both brand and customer

expectations

- Design and produce Point of Sales tools to increase HA categories & brands presence, market share and

improve customer satisfaction

- Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to develop Consumer Promotions & Sales Campaigns (Sales Plan), Trade

Offers mechanisms (e.g. Set-Sale Trade Deals, Special Discount etc.), design Product Displays and Trade-offer

Promotional Materials, and responsible for organizing and executing Trade Events.

- Coordinate with Product Management and Sales & Marketing teams to sport Market executions.

- Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to maintain monthly Trade Marketing Calendar of activities in fiscal year,

working with both Sales & Marketing and Product Management teams closely and responsible all execution

works.

- Carry out specific Trade Marketing programs, respecting company commercial objectives, company

strategies with the retailers and suppliers’ brand equities, aiming to increase sales and brand/category

presence.

- Work closely with the Retail, Sub-Dealer & Marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are

aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets

- Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to gather field intelligence to commercial / marketing teams, for

proposing strategic planning.

- Assist Trade Marketing Supervisor to consolidate budget, for specific Trade Marketing / Trade Offers activities.

- Assist filming to create photos and videos relate assigned by supervisor

- Plan and organize Trade and Consumers Events to boast sales and achieve company targets.

- Must be very good at English

- High responsibility, honest and good attitude

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using

Microsoft Office software.

- Be able to work as a team

- Strong commitment, conscientious, and result oriented

- Independence, attention to details and experience with event

- Willing to take new challenges, experience and learn new things
