- Listen to the trends of the marketing and direct the market research efforts of the company.

- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service distribution etc... that meets market demands.

- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to- day implementation.

- Set marketing goals, plan, implement and manage marketing strategy

- Contribute to the overall growth of the company, determine & track KPIs for the marketing department.

- Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements

- Stay up to date with the latest technology, best practices

- Attend marketing conferences and educational programs, create a solid network of strategic partnerships.

-Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc..)

- At least 5 years' experience in marketing, proven experience as marketing manager

- Being customer-centric, demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion,)

- Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Googl Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of big data analysis

- Regularly produce and present reports

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field

- Understanding of technology & finance field.
