• Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields and/or Professional Accounting course
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of Cambodian Taxation Law, Investment Law, Labour Law and other related regulations
• Relevant experience in investment matters
• Possess good managerial skills and ability to handle multiple portfolio of clients
• Possess a client service mindset, proven leadership skills as well as a strong appreciation of business issues
• Good command of English and Khmer languages, both writing and speaking
• Knowledge of Chinese language would be an added advantage
• Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications
