 Manage and oversee the company accounting and statutory reporting

 Ensure accounting entries are in compliance with the company accounting policies and

guidelines

 Ensure all GL accounts on the balance sheet are fully and timely reconciled and well

documented

 Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed in extreme well order for quick and

convenient access

 Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounting book

 Ensure completion of independent audits (for independent auditors to timely issue

audited financial statements)

 Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

 Degree in accounting / finance, CPA / ACCA preferred

 Proven knowledges of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards

 At least 3 years of experiences in supervising and managing full cycle of accounting

booking and reporting

 Skillful with SAP preferred

 Very well-organized, committed and focused
