Job Description

• Implement "Accounting Policies and Procedures"

• Prepare payment voucher, journal voucher and other vouchers

• Prepare and issues sales invoice

• Monitor petty cash expense

• Prepare and monitor monthly balance consolidation of petty cash

• Monitor file costing base on daily invoice

• Prepare costing on product and project

• Prepare and monitor monthly balance consolidation of petty cash

• Monitor purchase and sale invoice and related documents

• Track the entry and exit of document

• Bookkeeping income and expense into system (QuickBooks)

• Filing completed documents (soft and hard copy)

• Prepare monthly work progress report

• Other tasks assigned by director.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, or similar skills.

• 2 years of work experience in account and finance.

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issues.

• Good at presentation skills and able to work independently.

• Able to pay attention to detail, write clearly, concise and objectively based.

• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Abilities to perform the role and mission, travel when required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Proficient in English and other language (if any).
