• Plan, manage, and develop engaging content and program formats that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.

• Schedule timeslots and plan content and themes for different time periods in alignment with audience behavior and marketing objectives.

• Oversee production design for live streaming, including sets, lighting, sound, graphics, and relevant equipment.

• Coordinate with marketing, content production, and sales teams to ensure high-efficiency live streaming operations.

• Supervise day-to-day operations and analyze performance metrics such as sales, viewership, and engagement to improve future streams.

• Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies related to live stream production across different platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communication Arts, Marketing, Mass Communication, or other related disciplines.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Ability to communicate in Khmer is a plus.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in VJ/live selling/live stream production on various platforms.

• Strong understanding of live stream platforms, as well as relevant equipment and software.

• Creative mindset with the ability to present and develop new ideas.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to perform well under pressure.
