-Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information

-Document financial transactions by entering account information

-Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options

-Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports at timely matter

-Substantiate financial transactions with supporting documents

-Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

-Guide accounting related staff (receptionist and cashier)

-Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

NEED to have 3 years experience in accounting.

Understand the fundemental of monthly tax declaration and financial year report.

Have experience in supply chain OR F&B.

NEED to be able to close balance sheet and P&L report monthly in a timely manner.
