Website & Digital Platform Management

• Optimize website performance to drive user engagement and traffic growth.

• Manage Meta, Google Business, and other platforms, handling posts, reviews, and ads.

* Social Media & Community Growth

• Expand Combi Plaza’s online community, increasing follower engagement.

• Utilize SEMrush to animate and optimize social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Develop and launch targeted ad campaigns via Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.

* Design & Creative Oversight

• Supervise graphic design projects, ensuring brand identity is consistently upheld.

• Oversee UI/UX design for websites and digital applications to enhance user experience.

• Create visually engaging content for marketing campaigns, daily operations, and events.

* Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Track and analyze digital performance metrics, refining strategies to boost engagement.

• Implement SEO and content optimization for greater visibility across platforms.

* Compliance & Security

• Ensure adherence to digital policies, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity standards.

• Maintain compliance with accessibility guidelines in all design and digital content.

Reporting & Evaluation

• Measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, providing analytical reports to management.

• Assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine future digital strategies.

* Educational Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

- Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or digital advertising platforms.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SEMrush, and other digital tools.

* Experience & Professional Background

- Previous experience in digital supervisor role at least 3 years.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics.

- Expertise in graphic design, UI/UX principles, and branding.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design tools.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and cybersecurity.
