Jobs Description

Record day to day financial transaction and complete the posting process
Ensure all daily, monthly and yearly reports are accurate and reporting on deadline
Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliation task
Prepare financial report and ensure they are up to date
Fixed assets control
Cash flow planning and controlling
Daily check supporting document requirement for AP and AR
Make sure all payment checked, recorded and paid on the due date
Make sure all income is collected and follow up
Develop, implement and monitor effective system for financial recording
Prepare monthly and yearly tax declaration
Research the basis for tax positions to be taken
Perform other tasks assign by management

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree or higher accounting
5 years in accounting cycle experience form real estate or construction company
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and AP/ AR principles
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Ability to handle full set of account
Strong knowledge in local accounting standards and CIFRS
Experience with E-filling system both GDT and ACCAR
Computer proficiency and accounting software
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Dead line and result -oriented
Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
Honest, proactive, flexible and high responsibility
Able to work independently and team
