• Manage posts on Instagram and Facebook, provided photos/videos are shared in a timely manner.

• Customers & Reservations

Reports

• Compile and submit weekly, quarterly, and annual operations and performance reports.

Daily Operations Oversight

• Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operation across departments.

Service Support

• Step in to assist the service team during peak hours, staff shortages, or VIP guest visits.

Purchasing Guest Supplies & Operational Materials

• Handles procurement of essential items such as reservation cards, business cards, takeaway boxes, guest bathroom supplies, and decorative items related to guest supplies, marketing, packaging, amenities, and ambience.

Omakase Maintenance

• Coordinate with repairmen regarding any maintenance, equipment repairs, or replacements.

Plant Care & Ambience

• Ensure all plants are healthy, report and replace any dying plants to maintain a fresh, welcoming environment.

Inventory Oversight

• Monitor stock levels, report discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
