Jobs Description

Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing;
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards;
Ensure timely submission of financial data to management and regulatory bodies;
Monitor coal procurement, stock movements, fuel usage, and cost allocation;
Maintain cost accounting records and ensure proper valuation of inventory;
Analyze variances in production, maintenance, and overhead costs;
Ensure adherence to tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements;
Support external audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving queries;
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities;
Lead, train, and supervise finance/accounting team;
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;
Provide financial insights for operational and strategic decision-making;
Support management with financial analysis for contracts, investments, and business development;
Other tasks assigned by top management

Jobs Requirement

Strong Chinese language
English language is a plus
Minimum 3 years in finance/accounting
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Prior experience in power plant and coal is highly preferred
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Can us MS Excel, Word skills and financial modeling
