Jobs Description

Recording all daily transaction into system
Monitoring revenue and expenditure transaction
Manage Account Payable and Account Receivable,
Establishing and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of accounting control
Tax declarations of company (VAT, Profit Tax etc.) and annual tax closing,
Manage staff
Manage AR/AP and prepare payment for monthly, AR/AP checking PO
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
The financial report/performance of the company
Preparing balance sheet, Profit and Loss, and other statements
Secures financial information by completing database backups
Weekly budget of expense
Other tasks assigned by Managing Director/Finance Manager

Jobs Requirement

Degree in Accounting, and Finance
Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting,
Mature, proactive, good personality, honest, strong commitment
Computer literacy and ability to use accounting system/ software
Can Work Under Pressure
Good command of English and PC
Good team players
