Jobs Description

Prepare and submit monthly tax returns: VAT, WHT, Salary Tax, Tax on Rental, Patent Tax, and other applicable taxes;
Prepare annual filings including Annual Income Tax Return (Form CIT), Annual Patent Tax renewal, and other statutory submissions;
Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax calculations and supporting schedules;
Maintain updated knowledge of tax laws, Prakas, Notifications, and guidelines issued by tax authorities;
Maintain up-to-date tax records, invoices, VAT input/output reports, and withholding tax documents;
Ensure proper filing of supporting evidence for audits and inspections;
Act as the focal person during tax audits, providing required documents and explanations;
Communicate with Chinese stakeholders, including suppliers, and customers
Other tasks assigned by top management

Jobs Requirement

Proficiency in Chinese language
English is an optional conversation
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in in tax compliance, accounting, or finance
Strong knowledge of tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT, Salary Tax, etc.)
Experience in dealing with local GDT (General Department of Taxation) is preferred
Computer skills such as MS Excel, Word
