Jobs Description

Create engaging short-form and long-form content for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Write compelling captions, scripts, and property descriptions
Produce video content to make sure our brand is standout
Coordinate property shooting (house tours, drone shots, event coverage)
Work with sales team to create promotional and educational content
Support advertising campaigns with creative content
Create promotional content for special offers and launch campaigns
Optimize content based on engagement and lead performance
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
Develop storytelling content to highlight project features, location advantages, and lifestyle benefits
Develop content strategy aligned with sales targets
Analyze insights and adjust content direction accordingly
Research market trends and competitor content

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation (real estate experience preferred)
Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends
Strong writing skills in Khmer and English
