Team Management

• Assign tasks to staff (Content, Ads, Page Admin)
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Video Editing teams
• Supervise daily work and ensure smooth operations
• Provide guidance and problem-solving support to the team
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
• Report regularly to the Line Manager on team performance and progress

Marketing Planning

• Develop social media promotion strategies
• Organize marketing events
• Define and analyze target customers

Advertising Oversight

• Monitor campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram
• Manage and liaise with external advertisers
• Improve advertising effectiveness and ROI
• Manage and review content before posting
• Prepare weekly/monthly posting schedules for the brand
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and guidelines

Data Analysis & Optimization

• Track performance metrics such as views, engagement, and sales
• Analyze results and adjust strategies accordingly

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Experience leading a team or working as a Supervisor / Senior
• Strong skills in developing and managing Content Plans
• Knowledge of branding and brand positioning
• Excellent communication skills with team members and other departments
• High creativity and innovation
• Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
