1. Accounting Operations

• Manage and supervise daily accounting activities including:
• General ledger
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Fixed assets
• Inventory accounting
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
• Review journal entries and reconciliations prepared by accounting staff.
• Ensure monthly closing is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure proper documentation and approval processes for financial transactions.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management review.
• Maintain accounting records in accordance with applicable standards

3. Cost Accounting (Manufacturing)

• Maintain product costing and records.
• Monitor and analyze:
• Material usage
• Labor costs
• Overhead
• Support inventory valuation and production costing.

4. Inventory & Trading Accounting

• Reconcile inventory balances between accounting records and warehouse systems.
• Monitor stock valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Participate in periodic stock counts.

5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Prepare tax schedules and assist with corporate tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with other tax regulations.

6. Team Supervision

• Supervise accounting staff and review their work.
• Allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide guidance and training to junior accountants.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2–3 years in accounting field.
• Experience in trading and manufacturing companies preferred.
• Experience handling financial closing, inventory accounting, and cost accounting.
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines
