Mall Coordination & Monthly Meetings (Claw Machine Only):

• Chip Mong 271 Mega Mall – Wao Wao
• Attend the monthly coordination meeting with Chip Mong 271 Mega Mall at Legend Cinema (end of every month) for Company Claw Machine activities only.
• If unable to attend, coordinate with the Chip Mong 271 team to obtain the presentation slides and meeting updates.

Monthly Marketing Workflow (Claw Machine Campaigns):

Week 2 – Campaign Planning

• Conduct a monthly internal marketing meeting with Team 2 for Wao Wao Claw Machine promotions.
• Propose campaign ideas and content directions for the following month (M+1), including:
• Coin promotions
• Link campaigns
• Mall-based promotional activities
• Team 2 is responsible for artwork execution based on approved concepts.

Week 3 – Artwork Delivery

• Ensure Team 2 delivers finalized artwork for Wao Wao Claw Machine campaigns.
• Coordinate with FDLG Operations to prepare artwork for operation staff tests.

Week 3 & Week 4 – Internal Briefing

• Brief M+1 Claw Machine marketing plans to:
• Manager – WW 271
• Manager – Eden Garden
• Senior Game Arcade Manager

Graphic Design Coordination:

• Hold a weekly Saturday meeting with the Graphic Design team to review Wao Wao artwork.
• Review and approve artwork for: ( Artwork Online & Offline )
• Send approved artwork and captions to mall management for posting on mall social media pages.
• Send campaign visuals and details to mall partners at least 3 days before launch.
• Review influencer proposals and briefing materials.
• Coordinate with printing vendors and media partners as required.

At month-end:

• Update the Canva Request Tracker (Company only)
• Inform all managers in the MKT_FDLG Telegram Group ( Topic: Wao Wao – General Marketing )

Content Creator Coordination (Claw Machine Content):

• Conduct a weekly Saturday meeting with the Content Creator.
• By the 20th of each month, ensure submission of M+1 content plans, including: ( Video/photo ideas, Scriptsand Posting schedules )
• By the 7th of M+1, submit the M-1 content tracker (Currently handled by Team 2.)
• Ensure all content focuses on: ( Claw gameplay, Prizes & win experience , Coin promotions and Machine highlights )

Strategic Campaign Planning & Team Leadership (Claw Machine):

• Develop monthly and seasonal Claw Machine campaign plans (M+1).
• Lead brainstorming sessions with: Assistant Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, Content Creator, Custome
• service )
• Review and approve all Claw Machine campaign concepts, visuals, and posting plans.
• Coordinate cross-promotions with mall management for Company only.

Supervision of Assistant Marketing Manager:

• Review M+1 Claw Machine event tracker, procurement list, and influencer schedule.
• Delegate daily marketing tasks related to Wao Wao operations.
• Monitor internal communication in Telegram shop groups.
• Guide the Assistant in: ( Mall coordination, Campaign logistics, and Post-campaign reporting )
• Ensure accurate translations and timely updates related to Claw Machine promotions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience (arcade, retail, or mall-based business preferred).
• Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Able to plan and coordinate monthly marketing campaigns (M+1).
• Familiar with Canva, Google Sheets, and Telegram.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Fluent in Khmer; basic English required.
