Jobs Description

Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations and account analysis.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with tax, audit and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance, with Big 4 experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Cambodian accounting standards (Prakas).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
